Palo Alto University (PAU) offers both traditional and online classroom environments to allow for effective teaching and rigorous academic program completion. Explore the options available to PAU students both in the classroom and online to achieve their career goals.

Traditional Classroom Resources

Many of the offices that serve PAU students attending traditional classroom programs (day and evening programs at all PAU locations) are located at the Main Campus in Palo Alto or the Los Altos/Gronowski Center Location. Some of the resources for traditional classroom students are:

  • Office of Academic Affairs
  • Information Technology Helpdesk
  • ILLiad Interlibrary Loan System
  • Student Services
  • Over 25 student-led organizations
  • Tutoring services for students
  • Ph.D. students may receive career and mentoring services at the Office of Professional Advising and Development (OPAD)
  • Specialized services, resources, and support for military and veteran students and their families
  • Many on-campus events featuring psychology industry experts and personalized question and answer sessions

Hybrid/Online Resources

Online students at Palo Alto University have access to all residential student resources in Palo Alto in addition to:

  • Online career fairs and orientation programs.
  • Access to Ph.D. level Assistant Instructors and Teaching Assistants.
  • A Learning Management System, called Pearson LMS.
  • Tutoring Services
  • Financial aid and student services
  • Accommodation services meeting the American Disability Association standards, if needed.
