Library Account Help

All students, faculty, staff, and alumni have access to a library account in the library catalog. Anyone can search the library catalog to find PAU library materials, but a library account is required for checking out physical materials, which are housed in the PAU Library on the Allen Calvin Campus. Please contact the librarians to schedule a checkout appointment.

Library account holders can also engage in a variety of self-service activities by signing in using valid PAU email credentials.

For current students, faculty, and staff, self-service activities can be performed anywhere and include accessing the subscription-based electronic resources displayed in the library catalog, like eBooks and streaming videos; saving library catalog searches; saving lists of items from the library catalog; monitoring checked-out library items, renewals, and any associated fines; managing interlibrary loan (ILL) requests; and updating library account profile settings. 

For alumni, the library's subscription-based electronic resources can only be accessed on campus using the wifi guest account. Interlibrary loan services are unavailable. All other self-service activities are available and can be performed anywhere. Please visit the library's Alumni Resources page for more information.
