Biography:

Gerald Abello has cross-trained Information Technology staff and end-users in various multi-site organizations the use or maintenance of implemented technology via instructor-led classroom training, webinars, videoconferencing and one-on-one coaching. He has 15+ years’ experience in support, design, development and expert implementation of technical products and systems. Gerald worked for Hoffmann-La Roche (Pharmaceuticals), Intermedia (Software as a Service [SaaS]), Goodwin Procter LLP (Law Firm) and currently at Gunderson Dettmer LLP (Law Firm) as a senior operation system analyst. He has delivered successful implementation of business critical systems, technical solutions and managing critical development programs utilizing multiple teams while meeting all project goals and time deadlines within budgetary constraints.
