Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to outline the process by which Palo Alto University acquires, replaces, and disposes of computer hardware equipment for faculty and staff.
Scope:
This policy applies to all full-time and part-time employees and to the purchase of all computer equipment issued by the university regardless of university funding sources.

Students, faculty, and staff are able to purchase a variety of discounted software titles through Information Technology Department or various software vendors.

PAU SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER (SSN) USAGE POLICY
Audience:
All Palo Alto University faculty, staff, and students. All employees, both permanent and temporary. All contractors, vendors, and any others entrusted with SSN information.
Transportation and Parking
Transportation Options
Carpooling, riding the train or bus, taking rideshare, bicycling and walking to campus offer many benefits to PAU students, staff and faculty. Alternative transport reduces PAU’s greenhouse gas emissions, helps PAU be a good community member, and saves students, staff and faculty money on gas and vehicle maintenance. Carpooling specifically helps build stronger connections among PAU community members. --
