PAU Trustee Recognized for Work in Asian Americans for Community Involvement

Dr. Jorge Wong, Palo Alto University (PAU) alumnus of the Ph.D. Clinical Psychology and M.S. Clinical Psychology programs, current PAU Trustee, and Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs, received the 2015 Community Heroes Awards Mover & Shaker Hero Award from the Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Board for his work at Asian Americans for Community Involvement. The Community Heroes Awards are given to those who have made an extraordinary difference in the lives of people with behavioral health illness and recognize them for the support they provide to these individuals and/or their families.The "Mover and Shaker" Hero Award celebrates the person who has recognized critical behavioral health needs in the greater community and has acted by creating and promoting collaborative innovative and creative initiatives that serve those in need."

PAU congratulates Dr. Wong on such an exemplary recognition and someone who embodies PAU’s spirit of engaging minds and improving lives.
