Business Psychology Alumnus, Ricky Huang, Selected a Top 1% banker at Bank of America

Ricky graduated with the Business Psychology Class of 2012 and shortly after his graduation joined Bank of America. In the first quarter of 2015, he exceeded his quarterly goal/quota by 223%. As a result of this exceptional accomplishment he was recognized as the top 1% performance banker at Bank of America nationwide.
Ricky commented:

“I strive to provide excellent service and advice to our customers in making their financial lives better.”

 

e contributed his success to PAU’s Business Psychology Bachelor Degree program for preparing him to embark on his career:

“I learned to apply psychology with servicing my customers with compassion and active listening. I also practice positive psychology on goal setting as well as envisioning my career.”

Ricky continues his relationship with PAU where he mentors our undergrad students and alumni on career planning which he believes is the cornerstone of a successful and fulfilling career.
