Biography:
Trisha Vinatieri, Psy.D., received her doctoral degree from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium with a focus in clinical psychology. She completed her internship at the Loma Linda VA Medical Center and her postdoctoral fellowship at the San Francisco VA Medical Center with a concentration in rural and women’s mental health. Her clinical interests include women’s mental health, treatment of PTSD and comorbid diagnoses, and the impact of PTSD on family systems. She was previously the Director of Women's Counseling Center at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System until late 2018 at which time she transitioned to the PTSD Clinical Team of the VA Portland Health Care System.
Dr. Vinatieri has been teaching undergraduate-level course since 2011. She taught at Napa Valley College and has guest lectured for Psychology course at De Anza College and San Jose State University. She has also served as a clinical supervisor to psychology trainees at various levels since 2011.
