Dr. Jamie Kent: Training in Psychological Assessment: Current Practices for Psy.D. Students

About the speaker, Dr. Jamie Kent: 
Jamie Kent, Ph.D., currently co-teaches the assessment sequence in the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium program and provides training to Psy.D. students completing assessments at the Palo Alto VA Mental Health Clinic. She is also a practicum coordinator for the Consortium, which provides her with knowledge about assessment training opportunities in the wider Bay Area. 

She was awarded her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Loyola University Chicago, completed her predoctoral clinical internship at the University of Washington School of Medicine in behavioral medicine and neuropsychology, and completed a clinical fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine. Areas of clinical specialization include psychological assessment, women’s mental health, and psychology training.
