Collecting Benefits
To collect benefits, please submit a copy of your course schedule to the school certifying official each quarter. Keep in mind that it may take 4-6 weeks for payment to arrive so register early!

How to Apply for Benefits
Veterans and dependents must begin the process by submitting the appropriate application to the VA. After completion of the online application, print a copy, and submit it to the PAU School Certifying Official(SCO).

Palo Alto University has given the National Student Clearinghouse authorization to provide online ordering service of official transcripts for its students and alumni 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records. These rights include:
1. The right to inspect and review the student’s education records within 45 days of the day the University receives a request for access.
Degree/Enrollment Verification
Students and alumni may request certification of their degrees, dates of attendance, full-time enrollment, and licensing forms by completing the Degree/Enrollment Verification Form. Processing time can be up to five business days.
