Stay Up to Date with Mental Health
If you're a mental health professional or interested in psychology and counseling, the Palo Alto University (PAU) newsletter can serve as an invaluable resource.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a time to center conversations around mental well-being, raise awareness, and support efforts to break the stigma surrounding mental health. At Palo Alto University, mental health is at the heart of who we are. As a university rooted in psychology and counseling, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, compassionate, and supportive community that empowers all individuals to seek help, share their stories, and access resources.
