
Degree/Enrollment Verification
Students may request certification of their degrees and dates of enrollment by mailing a request to the Registrar's Office. Processing time can be up to five business days.
If requesting verification by mail, send a signed written request to:

Please note: All requests must contain the following information. Missing information could delay a request.
- Full legal name
- Any former names
- Date of birth
- Return address
- Phone number
- Complete name and address of each recipient
- Specify information that needs to be verified (i.e. intent to enroll next term, degree, enrollment status)
- Legal signature to authorize the release of enrollment/degree verification
Third Party Requests:
All degree verifications must be accompanied by the student’s signed “Consent Release of information form”
