May is Mental Health Awareness Month
May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a time to center conversations around mental well-being, raise awareness, and support efforts to break the stigma surrounding mental health. At Palo Alto University, mental health is at the heart of who we are. As a university rooted in psychology and counseling, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, compassionate, and supportive community that empowers all individuals to seek help, share their stories, and access resources.
This month, we invite our students, faculty, staff, and broader community to take time to reflect, connect, and engage with tools that promote mental wellness. Whether you are looking for support or simply want to learn more, we are here for you.
