Melanie is a psychotherapist, trainer, consultant and educator. She presently provides training and consultation throughout the state in areas of Management & Supervision, Team Building, Intercultural Awareness, Stress Management, Group Facilitation and Clinical Supervision, For twelve years she was Program Manager/Clinical Supervisor at Pajaro Valley Prevention and Student Assistance a dedicated non-profit to the Pajaro Unified School District where she developed and managed programs serving young people and their families. She has a private practice in Santa Cruz specializing in work with individuals, couples, children and cross cultural issues. Her love for teaching and learning has her working as Core Faculty and External Field Placement Coordinator in the graduate program in Counseling Psychology at JFKU and adjunct faculty at PAU.
