Mark Healy teaches Statistics and Research Methods in PAU's Bachelor of Science program in Psychology & Social Action, serving the undergraduate community since the founding of the program in 2006. He is a full-time faculty member at De Anza College, where he teaches General Psychology, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Developmental Psychology He also co-facilitates a LinC course, "Mind Control" with a member of the Speech Communication faculty. When not teaching, Mark is a Management Consultant who helps Fortune 500 companies use data and measurement to address people issues in the workplace. He also assists other psychologists with evaluation and validation of their assessment tools.

In addition to De Anza, Mark has served as an adjunct faculty member at Cal State University, Hayward and the University of Akron, Ohio; in addition, he teaches a yearly Special Topics course at the Florida Institute of Technology.
