The Palo Alto University Wellness Club would like to invite all members of the PAU community to join in a free virtual yoga series and workshop

  • Experience the authentic practice and philosophy of yoga, taught by Sanjana Raghunath, a learned and practised teacher. Learn the relevance of these tools in life today and how to use them to ease anxiety, depression, loneliness and the incessant chatter of mind.
  • This workshop includes 4 classes of 90 min each, and will address the art of asana, mental stillness, energy centering, body awareness and pranayama. We will also explore Nada - the yoga of sound.
  • We will focus on proper and proven alignment, with which  you will experience the harmonization of your body, breath, mind and the emotional landscape aka “head and heart”.
  • No previous knowledge or experience is required, only an interest in discovering more of who you really are. Everybody from our PAU community is welcome.
  • Workshop dates are: 10/16, 10/30, 11/13, and 11/27 6:00-7:30 PM PST(Workshop on 11/13 will start at 6:30 PM PT)
