About the Speaker:

William Snow, Ph.D.

Dr. William Snow is the director of the masters' programs in counseling and counseling psychology for North America at Palo Alto University. Dr. William Snow received his B.A and M.A. from Pacific Lutheran University, and his Ph.D. from the University of Washington. Prior to joining Palo Alto University, Dr. Snow served at Bethany University for over 25 years where he was Professor of Psychology, Director of Institutional Research, Vice President for Academics and Chair of the Department of Psychology. Dr. Snow has more than 30 years of experience in higher education, training undergraduate and graduate students in psychology and counseling. Dr. Snow also served as a Colonel in the Army National Guard Medical Department and Commander of the California Medical Command where he supervised the physical and behavioral health assessment and health promotion of over 16,000 individuals. He recently retired from the Army National Guard after over 30 years of service.
