Psychology of Murder and Suicide Lecture at College of San Mateo

Monday, April 20, 2015 - 2:00pm

Join Dr. Paul Marcille, Licensed Psychologist and Professor at Palo Alto University to learn about and dispel some of the myths about mental illness and violence. Following the recent Germanwings disaster, in which 150 passengers and crew were apparently killed by the plane's co-pilot, there has been a lot of discussion about the role that depression and suicide may have played in this tragedy. Learn more about mental illness, depression and suicide and about the differences between individuals who take their own lives and individuals who murder others.
