Connecting With Your Highest Priorities and Values in a Time of COVID-19

Watch the Recording Here

Many of us are in a crisis of connection right now.  We are disconnected from our daily routines, each other, the work that we love. We may be feeling disconnected from our bodies due to lack of exercise, irregular sleep, and/or deteriorating food choices. At home, cabin fever, mood swings and increased workload may be straining the connection we feel to our children or partners.

If this sounds familiar, please join Palo Alto University alumna, Kristine Klussman, Ph.D., for a one-hour webinar that will help you identify areas of blocked connection and provide strategies such as intention, attention and behavioral interventions to help you begin to feel more connected. She will help participants learn how to identify core non-negotiable values and priorities in order to cultivate greater personal meaning and alignment.
