Cyrus Chang, Alumni & Current PhD Student

I chose Palo Alto University (PAU) because PAU was convenient for my situation- I could stay at home and continue my education. I transferred from De Anza Community College, so I was pretty familiar with the campus. Some of the faculty at De Anza taught some PAU courses, so I had a network established already.

I had a great experience at the PAU undergraduate program- even though the campus had some disconnection with other programs. I know PAU has been trying to address that disconnection. What enforced my PAU experience was the opportunity to network and meet advanced students and research lab groups at PAU. The undergraduate program also had excellent faculty from the Ph.D. program teaching a few courses to the undergraduate.

I'm not sure career-wise, but I do see myself being immersed in the integration of psychology and technology. Currently, I am a 2nd year PhD student, so I am continuing my studies at Palo Alto University.
