Dr. Morris is a clinical psychologist at Stanford University with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and an active member of the medical staff at Stanford University Hospital. Previously, she was a Research Psychologist and Project Coordinator at the National Center for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder at the Palo Alto Veterans Hospital; an Associate Professor in the College of Nursing at South Dakota State University; and an Instructor in the Department of Psychology at the University of South Dakota. In the past, she has maintained a private practice working with adults and children in outpatient psychotherapy with an emphasis on forensic psychology and neuropsychology. She has made presentations on a number of topics including eating disorders, rape, and gerontology. She was the regional representative to the Region VIII HEW Mental Health Council and has served on a number of state committees. She has been involved in obesity and depression research. Currently, Dr. Morris clinical interests include eating disorders, depression, and women's issues.
