Degree Verifications and/or Enrollment Verification

Students may request certification of their degrees and dates of enrollment by mailing a request to the Registrar's Office. Processing time can be up to five business days.

If requesting verification by mail, send a signed written request to:

All requests must contain the following information. Missing information could delay your request:

  • Your name
  • Any former names
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Your return address
  • Your phone number
  • Complete name and address of each recipient
  • Specify information that needs to be verified (I. e. intent to enroll next term, degree, enrollment status)
  • Your legal signature to authorize the release of your verification

Third Party Requests:

All degree verifications must be accompanied by the student's signed "Consent Release of Information form."
