Degree Verifications and/or Enrollment Verification
Students may request certification of their degrees and dates of enrollment by mailing a request to the Registrar's Office. Processing time can be up to five business days.
If requesting verification by mail, send a signed written request to:

All requests must contain the following information. Missing information could delay your request:
- Your name
- Any former names
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Your return address
- Your phone number
- Complete name and address of each recipient
- Specify information that needs to be verified (I. e. intent to enroll next term, degree, enrollment status)
- Your legal signature to authorize the release of your verification
Third Party Requests:
All degree verifications must be accompanied by the student's signed "Consent Release of Information form."
