B.S. in Psychology and Social Action
Campus Locations

The courses for the Psychology & Social Action program are taught on the De Anza College campus, located in Cupertino, and starting in the Fall 2012, at the Cabrillo College facility located in Scotts Valley. PAU’s ability to work with our community college partners and rent inexpensive state of the art classroom space allows us to offer our programs at greatly reduced costs to students.
The De Anza College campus is one of the jewels of the California Community College system. Located 45 miles south of San Francisco, De Anza College occupies a 112-acre site in Cupertino in the heart of Silicon Valley. Cupertino is also home to Apple, Compaq, Sun, Hewlett-Packard, and many other high-technology firms. Nestled near the base of the Santa Cruz Mountains, the college was named after Spanish explorer Juan Bautista de Anza. The college is one of the largest, single-campus community colleges in the country with a fall enrollment averaging 25,000 students. Operating on the quarter system, De Anza is one of two colleges in the Foothill-De Anza Community College District.

De Anza provides outstanding general education and vocational courses as well as interdisciplinary studies, community service opportunities, on-the-job training, internships, collaborative programs with businesses and industries, and online and television classes.
Cabrillo College serves the Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey Counties and enrolls some 17,000 students in the Monterey Bay area. Cabrillo College recently opened a satellite campus in Scotts Valley, conveniently located near the Mt Herman exit on Highway 17. Palo Alto University leases modern classroom space and offices in order to teach its Masters degree program in Marriage and Family Therapy and its Bachelor degree programs in Psychology & Social Action and in Business Psychology.
