Students with advanced candidacy who have finalized the date of defense need to contact Geeta Patangay for final dissertation processing.  She is available to guide you through, from getting your signature page ready, to getting your dissertation ready to submit online.

You can go through the Dissertation Handbook at http://www.etdadmin.com/cgi-bin/main/resources?siteId=41. for formatting and other requirements for your final submission.

Then you can open an account with Proquest for the submission of your digital copy at http://www.etdadmin.com/cgi-bin/school?siteId=41.   You will have to read carefully the guidelines on the Proquest website before you submit your digital copy.

The printed final copy may be submitted to Geeta, along with the D8 form (available in Appendix C of the Dissertation Handbook). If you require more copies, please state this on the D8, and include the appropriate amount on your check made out to PGSP.
