To Apply to both programs:
If you are interested in applying to both our Ph.D program and PGSP-Stanford Psy.D Consortium, please fill out and submit both applications above. In addition to submitting both application forms, it is only necessary to submit one copy of the remaining supplemental applications materials (such as transcripts, letters of recommendation, application fee, GRE scores etc.) If only one copy of the statement of purpose is provided, we will use this for both program reviews, however if you would like to submit a separate program specific statement of purpose for each program, please clearly label in the upper right hand corner the program this statement of purpose is intended for.
