M.A. in Counseling - Mental Health/Family Emphasis
(Online Low Residency)
Curriculum
The program consists of 90 units of coursework. Two separate tracks within the MA in Counseling Program allow students to customize their educational experience. The two tracks are: (1) Mental Health/Family and (2) Forensic and Correctional. A listing of the courses for the Mental Health/Family track is below. Students should note that the core curriculum is identical in each track. The two tracks or emphases areas amount to eight units and are noted as electives below. As students enter the program in Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer there is no set sequence. The list of courses below details one example.
