New Student Orientations are generally held the week of Labor Day which is celebrated on September 7, 2009.

PAU is authorized under Federal law to enroll non-immigrant students.

Students for Ethnic and Cultural Awareness (SECA) is a student organization at PAU that is open to anyone interested in ethnic and cultural issues.

PAU's Student Association for Sexual Orientation (SASO) is a student group dedicated to increasing awareness of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex and related (GLBTI) issues.
