PAU continues to expand the frontiers of the science of psychology into business applications and practices. We believe that there is a significant gap that needs to be bridged between research and core knowledge of psychology, and its application to business practices. The Business Psychology program will apply psychological theories and research results to create better organizations, and to enrich the human potential in work environments.

The Palo Alto University is a professional school of psychology with over 33 years of experience teaching Psychology at the graduate and undergraduate levels. The new Business Psychology Program - offered in collaboration with Foothill College - is an expansion of PAU's deep commitment to the integration of research, the core foundation of psychology, and professional business practices. As a two-year sequenced degree completion program, it capitalizes on our expertise in Psychology to serve the business community.
